Mark Anthony is a detail-oriented hydrologic and hydraulic flood modeler with seven years of experience in flood-risk assessment, river-basin modelling and flood-mitigation projects.
His work includes developing and calibrating hydrologic and hydraulic models, including calibration for ungauged river basins and projects supported by LiDAR-based terrain data.
He has contributed to modelling assignments for selected river basins in the Philippines, delivering technical outputs within the required project schedules.
