Our vision

YonSen Group ApS was founded from a personal wish to connect two parts of my life: the Philippines, where I was born, and Denmark, where I now live with my husband and our three children.
With roots in both countries and dual citizenship, I see a strong opportunity to build a bridge between Danish professionalism and skilled local partners in the Philippines.
Our ambition is not only to deliver reliable services to our clients, but also to create stable opportunities and improved livelihoods for the people who form the backbone of our company. Through trusted partnerships, knowledge sharing, and capacity building across regions, we want to grow in a way that benefits both business and community.
As YonSen Group develops, we also aim to invest back into local communities and support selected charity initiatives close to our values.

Our values are built on integrity, social responsibility, environmental awareness and long-term partnerships. We aim to support clients with reliable technical capacity while contributing to a broader positive footprint in the societies and environments connected to our work.
We see engineering and technical collaboration as tools for progress. Through the projects we support, we want to contribute to more resilient infrastructure, better water management, sustainable development and solutions that respect both people and natural systems.
Where possible, we seek to be involved in regenerative projects that do more than reduce harm. Our ambition is to support initiatives that restore, improve and strengthen local environments, communities and long-term opportunities.
